This rental experience was extremely disappointing and one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The most serious issue occurred during the rental period when our vehicle suddenly suffered a tyre blowout while we were driving on the highway. Very disappointing experience at this Enterprise Car Rental woodbine location. Unfortunately, the female staff member (I didn't catch her name) had one of the worst attitudes and customer service experiences I've encountered. She was extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, and made no effort to assist or resolve any concerns. Instead of feeling like a valued customer, I felt like I was an inconvenience.
