I made my reservation through Expedia and called the Cambridge branch beforehand to confirm all the details. A female employee (I believe her name was Lindsay) confirmed my reservation, my phone number, and all my information. I also called regarding my brother-in-law’s reservation, and a male staff member confirmed that his vehicle upgrade had been approved. Had a pretty bad experience with the on shift manager on Saturday morning (07/11). I booked a premium crossover month back to avoid any disappointments at the time of picking up the car but guess what the manager gave me only one option- Durango which I said no to. He had a Q7 available which he decided not to give reason being I was travelling a little far and for a week. We were turned away and told our insurance didn't make a reservation. In fact, I had a reservation number the day before we tried to get the car. They also put us on hold for over an hour until we hung up.
