Wow, what a mess this was. Arrived to pick up my rental car and the small location was packed. I found out why quite soon. Cars as reserved were not available. They seemed to have lots of minivans but not much else and people weren’t happy! I would have taken one even though I reserved a small car. After 50 minutes of being in line and then waiting, I finally got a vehicle. But they didn’t clean it from the last person (I had already waited for almost an hour, so I said Okay to that). Very disappointing experience. We reserved a vehicle for Sunday, September 13 at Noon, we arrived at the location and found a huge lineup of customers who were also waiting for their reserved vehicles. After waiting, we were told the vehicle wasn’t available and were offered different dates instead. What’s the point of making a reservation if the vehicle isn’t going to be available when you reserved it? Would definitely try another location next time.
They definitely know how to take a reservation, but apparently not how to hold one. Total chaos at this Enterprise location. We had a vehicle reserved, arrived expecting to pick it up, and instead found 10+ customers waiting with basically one employee trying to serve everyone. The crazy part? Most people waiting had reservations, yet nobody seemed to be getting the vehicle they actually reserved. When our turn finally came, we were offered alternate dates. Alternate dates??
