Car was well maintained and free of dents or scratches. Pick up and drop off were quick. Rates were reasonable.
I lost my vehicle due to a MVA and the Leduc Enterprise location were already calling me the same day with a replacement rental vehicle while I was still on the phone with my insurance company. In addition, the service representative provided the same discounted insurance rate to extend the vehicle rental while we look for a new replacement vehicle. The representative also asked what vehicle we would be shopping for in case they had it within their fleet for us to drive. Very good customer service all the way around!
Gentlemen at the check in on desk, and same guy when returned vehicle was very easy to deal with, professional and made the process perfect! And the jetta was a super fun ride!
