By far the best car rental spot I’ve been to in Dallas. Clint is very professional and efficient with his time. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask.
Office staff was great and professional. Can't remember her name, but the women that picked me up from the collision center had good conversation while driving to enterprise. Clint was thorough in his review of the rental car before I drove away and let me know how to reach him in case I needed to.
My child and I was in need of a one way, non reservation car from Dallas the Texarkana. We also needed a pickup. I called two other locations in Dallas wah wah wah. No go. I called the John Carpenter location. All go no stop. Clint Hatfield, the branch manager, came and picked my child and I up. Then set us up in a nice car quickly and efficiently. Super nice guy, great attitude. To boot Mr Hatfield was the only one on duty. Superior customer service and a great attitude.
Best car rental experience I’ve ever had! No waiting, Clint came to me - I never had to go the location to either rent or return the car.
