This rental place completely screwed me over. I had a reservation for a sedan with them and they called me and told me that they're out of sedans and and only had minivans so offered to switch the reservation to a nearby enterprise. AND THEY NEVER SWITCHED THE RESERVATION. I went to this other place and they didn't have a vehicle for me. Don't put people in these kind of situations!
I will say that Brittany and Molly were very helpful and pleasant at this location.
Customer service is number one for me and Jamal And the whole crew let me tell you gave us the most amazing welcome and walked us thru the whole thing with the most amazing smile and upmost respect thank you Jamal and crew you guys rock in the customer service industries
Honest opinion! Bad experience. Area manager called me useless.
Very friendly, quick in and out everything was ready. Brittany was very helpful. By far the best.
