I rent from this location quite a bit - Amirtha truly always goes above and beyond, while maintaining the most positive, friendly and understanding attitude. I’ve seen her work through some chaotic situations and she always handles it with grace and puts her customers first. The team is lucky to have her!

This location is a bad Seinfeld episode! They take the reservation but they don't know how to "hold" the reservation - it's meaningless. After making my way through an underground labyrinth of poorly marked corridors and an underground parking garage, I finally found the nearly impossible-to-find kiosk inside the garage. I was met with a line up of 20+ miserable people waiting in a boiling hot garage only to be told they had no cars for any of us and it would be 1-2 hours before any arrived. Other than the caving expedition to find this place buried deep in the parking garage everything was smooth about this rental. Great staff, decent cars. Generally good service. Was able to drop off after hours as well.
