Cons: We reserved car twice at this location and paid in advance, and in both cases we had to wait in the parking area with hot air, for more than 30 minutes, because "the cars are not here yet", and "this is a busy location". There was no apolopies, as if it is the expected behavior from customers to waaaait. Customers are not allowed into their booth-office. You get checked-in in the parking. They sit there with AC and customers wait in the niosy, hot underground parking. We never had any similar experience with other car ... read more
