Enterprise has always been my go-to place for car rentals, and my recent experience at the Yonge and Bloor location was excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and very efficient — everything went smoothly from start to finish. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a new Mini Cooper Countryman S, which made the trip even better! I’ll definitely continue renting from Enterprise and highly recommend this location to others.
Did a midweek rental, service was fast and staff were knowledgeable. They offered a free upgrade and the car exceeded expectations!
Do not rent here. They don't have enough cars you will be waiting.
The experience has been great. Yash was always there to great me both times I've had to picked up and drop off and I was always in and out in less than 10 minutes, he was always nice and cordial and offered me different vehicle options. Great service if you ask. Keep up the good work!
