trying to find this place was like navigating pan's labrynth WHEN YOU ARE RETURNING: THE PARKING GARAGE ENTRANCE IS ON BLOOR STREET BESIDE THE FANCY SCHMANCY HOTEL W'S PARKING. GO RIGHT (DOWN), not LEFT (up). I wish they had told me this upon pickup or in an email! I had to read it buried in some other reviews.
Good spot to rent a car in Toronto, they have newer Toyota Camry hybrids which are great for city driving. I rented one to drive to Niagara Falls for 2 days and I arrived quite late around 6:30 pm(it’s listed closed at 6pm) but they were still there and took to car in before closing which was nice. It’s bit hard to find there office m from inside the mall since they had another office that was closed and it was open in the garage area instead.
These people are great! So friendly and always helpful. My partner and I we have rented about 6-7 times, and never had any issues.
Even though this is a very busy location, the customer service is great like I am not sure who but he cleared 5 customers in 10 mins. Exceptional!!
