Go to Fort Apache location. Much more professional. There is obvious preferential treatment amongst waiting clients. Regardless of the order in which you arrive. Salesman tactics to get you to upgrade. If you don't uograde you have to wait for them to clean your car. All clients in front of me had to wait to have their car cleaned. We just paid the upgrade fee. Our service associate was very nice she did her best still being trained.

I had to bring my car into the GMC dealership and was sent to Enterprise for a rental—and I’m so glad I was! Tank was absolutely incredible. His customer service was top-notch from start to finish. He was professional, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. Enterprise is incredibly lucky to have someone like Tank on their team. If he’s not already the general manager, he absolutely should be. Five stars all the way—thank you, Tank!
