After a disaster over at hertz this enterprise location got my family and I in a car to get going for our Disneyland trip. Quick simple and efficient! Only reason why I didn’t provide 5 stars is because the Mazda they provided us had a lingering smell of cigarettes no matter if they washed it. I had to buy some air fresheners to try and cancel the smell so my kids aren’t smelling cigarettes our whole trip. Other than that everything was fine!
The manager Johnny is the ABSOLUTE BEST ! He kept great energy with every single customer I seen come his way when I came to pick up & drop off <3 THANK YOUU
