Had a rough experience personally and the team here was very helpful. In particular a grateful thank you to thee manager name Deasia(sorry if misspelled). She was so kind through my frustrations.
Employees are extremely lazy, came in to get a rental through work. Sat in the lobby waiting for employees as the managers hid in their offices for over 25 minutes. Finally a guy who doesn't speak fluent english comes up, takes drivers license and everything up til I get the keys and he grabs a manager, and they state the reservation needed to be resent but gave no reasoning behind why. DO NOT RENT HERE. The current manager here is completely unhelpful and low key rude. Like they smile at you while they tell to get lost. Literally said to us we have no cars to rent today, then said, but if you want one, I have one here for twice the afvertised price! After years of renting here, I'llnever be back. Telling us to drive 20 miles to the airport when they have cars here but wont honor their advertised rates online. This is not a positive review. DO NOT RENT HERE!!
