Beware , beware , The absolute worst service stay away from Enterprise , use anyone but them, I made a reservation for a vacation, they called the night before to confirm I get there at my reservation time, after an hour I am told they do not have a vehicle, do you think these idiots could have called me to tell me they do not have my car, that would have been the smart thing to do but keep me here for an hour to tell me no cars available, don’t bother making reservations it means nothing, go to a real rental car company. Please avoid this location at all costs, Enterprise should close this location. I rented a car and the battery broke down, they didn’t want to give me another car until the broken car arrived to base, but I called costumer services and they said that they could give me another car even if the one broken hadn’t arrive at base because they had the location of the car, all this being said, I had to go to another location where they helped me in two minutes.
