Had to temporarily get a rental while my car was being serviced. Mark really deserves some acknowledgment. Although he was extremely busy with multiple customers, he remained friendly the entire time.He made sure to update me frequently without me having to ask. I was very impressed by his work ethic and I’m confident that current and future employees will learn from him and his great example. If you’re lucky enough to have him help you with your rental, show him some appreciation
Great and super friendly service both at pick up and return. Opened on Sundays. I needed a 15 seaters for a group on a Sunday. Location, service and van worked great. I picked it up Sunday morning and returned it Monday morning.
After spending a lot of time, trying to resolve an issue with a rental from another location, I wound up here. I was taken care of by the manager, whose name was Mark. Very kind and professional. He took ownership of the problem and saved the day. Mark, thank you so much. I truly appreciate how genuine you were.
SMH. The car is swerving all over the highway. This vehicle should not be on the road.
