Customer service is literally nonexistent at this location. Please look somewhere else for your rental car needs. Absolutely -10/10
Wish I could put zero stars. Rented a van, were evolved in a crash and 4 days later still haven't been offered any assistance on a new van or transportation at all. We will never use enterprise again
DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THEM!!!! The Branch Manager Mike he's a snake in the grass. I personally will never rent from enterprise again! They charged me for an extra two days and never gave my deposit back. That pos Mike assured me the money would be put back with in two weeks. It's been over a month and a half. When I called Mike again to ask where the money is he gave some BS that the money was used for the days we used the car. Mike your days coming your going to get yours.
