I recently had a need for a car rental because my car was out of service because of a vehicle accident. It was apparent that little effort was expended in cleaning the interior of the car. It was dusty and somewhat dirty. The windshield was dirty, having a film which made viewing through it difficult. It would have required little effort for the personnel to clean the windshield.
