11/o1/25 My daughter is having a problem at the Stassney location and the manager won't even respond and it's getting dark and it's not the safest area.
Short staffed and poorly managed. My vehicle was not available at scheduled time. And phones rang the whole time while I waited because no one was available to answer.
The service tech was pleasant and friendly. He called me back exactly when he said he would. He upgraded me to a nicer vehicle at the lower price. The process was easy. The car was awesome. I am completely satisfied and will use this enterprise location again.
They were really helpful. I had to get a rental because I gave my car to the mechanic shop to fix up the AC. They were so very helpful and understanding. Called back for an update since they wanted the car back but my car was not ready at the shop yet. They were understanding and gave me another day with the rental car.
