Rented a luxury car, I was told it would be or BMX X5 or Mercerdes GLE. When we arrived we were given a GENESIS. Hyundai is absolutely NOT a luxury brand nowhere near BMW or Mercedes. I felt completely scammed.
Rented car from Frisco branch, but returned it here. I have to give a shout out to Chris, who gave me a ride to my destination and was also friendly/courteous. I was impressed by his efficacy and ability to have the return process finished in less than 5 minutes. Because of this positive experience, I will use this Enterprise again and recommend it to others.
The Enterprise location off Walnut Hill & 75 give great customer service, every single time!! Keep up the great work ☺️ Both Daniela and Chris as well as others whose name I can’t remember, always meet my accommodations without hesitation!!!
