Booked a rental at this location and arranged a pickup. I called to the location after 30 mins passed and no courtesy update. I grabbed my keys and drove to the location. Of course to my surprise lobby is empty and 3 employees at the front. Now i expressed my frustrations with the lack of accountability from the staff.
