I made a reservation at this place for this morning at 9am. I received a confirmation yesterday at 5 confirming that I’d be there to pick it up. I show up there at 9am and no one is there. Doors were locked and lights were off. I wait outside in the 20 degree weather for an hour before getting fed up and going home. During the time I waited outside I called the corporate number and other locations. I have mixed emotions here. I picked up a car last Monday and had a great experience with Desmond. I decided I would book for my next trip from the same location and saw that there was nothing available so I asked him about it, and he said he would check. When I brought the car back the following Monday he informed me that the location would be closing this Thursday. My truck was in the shop so I needed a last-minute rental, and these guys managed to have the car I wanted (which was initially at another location) delivered on time. I've rented from here twice, and both times I received GREAT service and incredibly well maintained (both times, brand new) cars. Today I was helped by Thomas, and I can't say enough nice things about him. His patience, care, efficiency makes him a stand-up human, and I was very happy to have been helped by him today.
