After having the Billy Bishop Enterprise location cancel on a reservation that had been booked for months at the very last minute, I spent two hours on phone calls where Enterprise ultimately “resolved the issue” by booking me in at this Junction location. Within an hour of the booking, the Junction location called me and said they had no cars and would be cancelling my reservation. I had a very bad experience with this location. Could not have been worse, they accused me of damage to a car that was dropped off in perfect condition, the same condition I picked it up in. They do not know the meaning of customer service.

Outstanding Service – Oskar is a Star! I had an amazing experience at the Enterprise dundas 2440 location, all thanks to Oskar. I arrived at the door at one minute to 8, and by 8:04 I was already driving off the lot with my rental car. Fast, efficient, and totally seamless.
