Booking confirmed though vehicles not available, was communicated after that a vehicle would be available post th time I booked. Once arrived, 0 vehicles available and was told that I had not needed. Time wasted, appointment missed and money wasted on transportation to and from
I rented a car from this place twice, and both times the cars were brand new models — really high quality! Returning the car is super easy, and the refund process happens very quickly. The customer service is excellent — there’s a young guy there who makes everything so smooth and simple. You don’t waste any time; in just 5 minutes you can drop off the car and be done. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable car rental!
