Regarding their protocols, Enterprise Rent-A-Car should tighten things up. For rentals, I understand that there are legitimate reasons why they cannot promise a specific car's make and model. But having these reasons seems to account for their systemic heedlessness, excuse-making, and an overall indifference to their customers' needs. I had a great experience with this particular Enterprise location, especially while working with Ruben at the time of pick up and in the return process! He really went above and beyond to help me and had a great attitude and maintained professionalism throughout our conversations too.
Got a great car for a reasonable price, pick up and drop off was simple and fast. Would definitely recommend Enterprise and the store on north Nevada specifically!
