Great helpful staff at Southwest cut-off, Worcester MA location. Nice cars too.
Worst experience. Made about 20 reports about them charging my father twice the price for adding me as a renter when I’m not the one renting. No help from either customer service or in person. $1800 on top of my father’s bill and they refuse to help him. 0/5
Fri October 2nd. Young lady behind the counter was very cordial and attentive. Not the typical Rental Car location
Aaron and Sean were really great. They were very helpful even took time to make sure I knew how to use the gear shift. Excellent customer service! I will use Enterprise every time.
