Keion was great overall and patient with us being first time renters at this locations. The renter before us left some concerns and Keion assured us we wouldn’t need to worry about it. Thankfully, he held up on his word. Also, he made sure our rental was relatively clean in a timely manner even though it had been returned recently before our rental period was scheduled to start. We’d love to work with him again!
The guy running the front desk, looked annoyed that I came into the store. He was running back-and-forth Like he was really busy and it was early in the morning 7 AM when I came in No one else was in there He asked me what type of vehicle I wanted I told him and he went and looked inside the vehicle and then came My systems not working, sorry Can’t write you anything today. Didn’t give me any other sort of options or try and help me find another location or anything Time
CUSTOMERS BE AWARE!!!!!! Returned my rental vehicle at this location on June 27, 2025, I asked the rental agent for a receipt he informed me that he couldn't give me a receipt because I did not rent my rental vehicle from that location. So, on Monday June 30, 2025, I called the location I rented my rental vehicle from which she informed me that he was able to give me a receipt. Strike one!
