The man who works at the Cheddar Loop office has been extremely helpful to us and we appreciate him a lot. He made our transition back to the US a little bit easier. Return/extension process couldn't be easier. 100% reccomend.
No cars available even though I made a reservation. No one called me to give me a heads up ahead of time. EDITED TO ADD: the response is also BS. I contacted them and they said the “branch manager” would contact me and no one ever did.
