Excellent service! Had a great experience!
I made a reservation for an suv but I received a Nissan versa instead. Also I only received a manual key for the Nissan versa so I couldn’t locate my car when parked. The car didn’t have Apple CarPlay, only Bluetooth, making navigation difficult. Also I tried to explain the fact that I had third party insurance with one of the employees but they insisted that I would need to buy their own insurance anyway. Polite customer service, fast and easy
Wasted my time and money here. Always something and some sort of stupid excuse with Enterprise. Locations are hit or miss. This one is a big miss. Feedback - Do better in every area.
Wasted money on an Uber to this location only to find out they cant rent you a car without a credit card if you do not have a TX license. No mention of a $300 security deposit and they wouldn’t even attempt to run a card even if it runs debit or credit. No issues making the booking and ZERO MENTION OF THE REQUIREMENTS. I rented a car with the same card at another location a few days before and didnt have this problem.
