Rude staff, stay away. Worst car rental experience ever.
I rented one-way picking up in Houston Intercontinental dropping off in Austin. The service in Houston was excellent but this particular branch in Austin had impersonal and borderline rude service. I just moved to North-Central Austin close to this branch but will never use it again. They didn't seem to want my business so I will be glad to oblige.
