Interior of building smells of cat urine, guy that helped us treated us like garbage. We came in with a confirmation number on the phone and we were coming in to get the vehicle paid for and we were denied and were told they don't know how the confirmation even went through because they have no vehicles until Thursday and we are in a hurry for an appointment out of state by tomorrow
Always happy to leave a positive review! I had reserved a car (with Enterprise) months before our trip via Expedia, but decided to check prices on Enterprise site closer to our departure. Found a great sale and switched reservations. We picked up and returned to Helena Airport, spent two weeks in between touring National Parks, and the entire experience was pleasant and seamless! Would recommend and will likely do again 👍🏼👍🏼
Smooth experience with several options available. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Great service and nice vehicle!
The best car rental company out there. We had another and they just never could accommodate like enterprise can. Agents are always friendly and helpful
