Really smooth process. Everything was explained well and they got me squared away quickly when I picked up the rental car as well as when I returned it!
I recently got rear ended and needed a car rental while my car was in the shop. I booked a rental through the app and when I swung by it took about 15 minutes to get inside the car and drive off. I was expecting a smaller car but when Robert pulled out a jeep renegade I was a bit intimidated. I had always driven a small car so this was going to be a bit of an adjustment. Robert was extremely professional, quick to respond, and helpful for all of my rental needs. Upon returning my rental he also called just to let me know everything was in order and my deposit would be returned. Flawless customer experience.
Probably the worst car rental office on the planet. In fact we walked away without a car even though we had booked weeks in advance. Rude and unaccommodating staff. Best avoided.
