Why does your system let you make a reservation that no one in the city can fill? It started by calling the branch and making a reservation. I informed him I was willing to wait and just find me the vehicle I needed. He told me the Anderson Mill branch would have the vehicle I needed, and it would be ready to go. Until.... Unfriendly and disorganized
Perfect experience, they even took me to nearby repair shop to pick up my car!
Very curious and helpful staff. Got me taken care of quickly and even made sure I had a ride to where my other vehicle was.
