Car was dirty, gas tank was close to empty, tires not balanced, and oil light was on. Glad I did not end up on the side of the road having to tow the vehicle. The first rental I was given keys to was even worse so I took the lesser of two very unacceptable rentals!
Everyone at this location is great. They are always extremely helpful and willing to help in any way they can.
I often disregard good reviews and just read the bad reviews instead to see if a certain branch would be a deal breaker for me and if there others like me, you should give this branch a chance! I read that some people experienced long wait times or a lack of available vehicles but I experienced the exact opposite. My original reservation actually wasn’t even for this branch but because of staffing issues, the satellite branch pointed me to this one.
