I will never use Enterprise again for my car rental needs! Extremely poor Customer Service! I left a personal item in the vehicle up return & instead of contacting me directly they turned my personal item over to the Police Dept. total BS move & extremely inconvenient! Enterprise has lost a customer & many more when I tell everyone to shop elsewhere!
