I was hit by a drunk driver a few weeks ago & my car insurance covered my car rental through Enterprise. I selected this site as Abigail had such great customer service over the phone. I needed a mid size SUV and at the time of our phone conversation there was not one available due to F1. But she reserved a vehicle closes to what I needed. Rented from here for years. Never cared much for their employee Ivan from the start.The guy has that air about him where you can tell he thinks he is better than everyone around him. But it was hit or miss if I had to deal with him. The rest of the crew was always amazing so I stuck around.They have finally lost my business. After witnessing the way that man treated an older gal who was obviously already confused about the process, I now refuse to give this place another dollar of my money. If you can, avoid this place. They have hidden fees which they would not let you know beforehand until you returned the car. After a few days and you see the bank statement. I returned my car to their store, then they told me to drive it to another location for their staff to pick up. The waiting time is also very very very long even through we went there early in the morning. The customer service is awful! Again, don't come unless you don't have other options.
Great experience here! I had to book a last minute rental and they had everything ready to go the moment I got there. I can't remember the name of the person who helped me, but he was fantastic (it was the morning of 10/29). I was in a huge rush and he helped me get in and out in extremely quickly. I also had to extend the rental a couple of days and the process was super easy. Thanks Enterprise Team!
