Had to rent a car after an accident. Staff at this branch were extremely helpful. Kudos to Angus who called me more than once when there was a hiccup on my insurance approval, before charging my credit card. The whole rental process was smooth and definitely helped during a stressful time in my life.

I've rented cars for both business and personal needs at numerous locations but they stand out with their exceptional service excellence and professionalism. They truly deserve 6 stars. For those that need car rents from the city side, look no more as you won't beat their value and service anywhere else.
Have been using Enterprise rentals in Toronto for over 30 years and have found their service consistently reliable. They may have somewhat more expensive rates than other car rentals but their cars are in dependable shape, their staff have been intelligent, and they come through if i have any travel issues.
