*** UPDATE - AUG 07 2025 *** I remain deeply disappointed with the Yonge & Eglinton Enterprise branch. Since May 3, 2025, I've been waiting for resolution—two personal items (a Yeti water bottle and Sony headphones) left behind in vehicles never returned, and a 1 h 45 min delay for a scheduled pickup cost me time, money, and credibility. Multiple promises of escalation, yet no resolution or follow‑up. This is far below the service Enterprise—and its policies—claim to uphold. Our experience renting from the Yonge and Eglinton Enterprise location was exceptional. The vehicle was perfect for our family - especially for a long road trip - but ultimately it was the kindness and professionalism of staff that made us excited to rent from this Enterprise location again! Keep up the good work!
