Smooth process, after hours drop off available.
They were short staffed when I was there, but the assistant branch manager Brodin was very helpful. He was doing the job of 3 people by himself, he was polite helpful and assertive.
The service in general e.g. online reservations, personal transactions, day-of car acquisition, online renewal of car return, car return/drop off is easy and fast-paced. The personnel are accommodating and quick yet thorough in their checking. I always go to Enterprise for my car rentals. A good shout out to the Uptown Toronto Yonge & Eglinton Enterprise. Your service is impeccable. Keep up the good work!
