Customer service was polite. They gave me a car with such dirty windows I could hardly see out of them, coated with black powdery stuff and some kind of weird opaque substance in spots. When I took it back to get them to clean the windows, because I tried at home first, I was 5th in line. I just left and cleaned them myself 3 times. One of the tires on the car would not hold air, the driver side windshield wiper was crap. The car only had 1/4 tank of gas, but I was told I had to bring it back 1/2 full or they would charge me... read more

Great customer interaction; friendly; seems caring about my my situation; expedient; price, and great customer service all the way through my rental. Also, convenient drop off and pick up! Excellent. Yes, I’ve used them before and will continue.
