They let you rent cars that are unavailable and send you away with no car to rent at all! Wish I could give zero stars. And I hope this karma follows you all. 🙌🏻
We were directed to this enterprise by the insurance company that’s taking care of the repairs after a car accident and Josue took care of us. The first vehicle we were given was too small so they upgraded us to a better vehicle when we got that vehicle it unfortunately had been smoked in by the previous renter.
