My rental was an hour late which made us have to take it before it got cleaned. It also smelled of BO. I reported the smell and asked if I could reserve a different car and they said to call back each day after 12 and ask if they have anything available. I was also given a compact suv and was charged for a mid sized suv. Will not be using them again.
Super cool and friendly staff made renting a car very quick and efficient. They were all nice and cool guys. The other enterprise in the airport were making it difficult and lengthy and also wanting to charge an incredibly higher rate just for convenience. We canceled with them and paid for a ride to go to this location outside the airport and it was worth every penny.
