I had reservation this morning for Mansfield ,Ma office to pick up Rent-A Car. We book it last night online I check out and left my hotel this morning on way to get the car they call me and told me we don’t have a car ,I’m like what a …..never use this branch I was reading their review prior night and I had a suspicious. They prove me how the other people say about this branch.
Easiest transaction ever. Thanks to liberty mutual making the reservation for me! The gentleman that helped me was awpsme after the nightmare I experienced in Raynham on 44 DO NOT GO THERE! Take the drive to Mansfield they won’t do you wrong or have you come there for no reason. They’ll confirm and call you when your car is ready. Excellent service. Had to call to have to another week it was literally a 1.5 minute call.
Absolutely JOKE of a company! Reserved a car 2 months in advance for a vacation. I called the night before to modify the time I’m picking up my vehicle and they told me they don’t have a car for me. No solutions, no help, just sorry “nothing we can do”. What is the point of renting a car if there is no guarantee that it’s going to be available?! I’ll never use enterprise again! 👎🏽
Excellent car, and very helpful personnel at the Mansfield MA office. We had interactions with Dave, David and Eli, and all were great, getting us on the road as quickly as possible.
