Terrible customer service from Will ( if that’s his real name) & I didn’t get the girl name. They lied about enterprise not accepting my card that I use to rent all the time without even attempting to run it first. Then I switched to debit because I live 25 miles zip to zip which is inline with enterprise’s policy, but was told by them that I was out of the miles range. I rent from enterprise every week with no issue but those two employees at this location will steer away business . Smh
Consistently good service. I’ve never had any issues at all.
The Carroll St location has always exceeded my expectations. The staff is very professional, friendly, and customer focused.
