Not sure what kind of scheme this place is running with insurance claims but they are most certainly taking advantage of people who have been in accidents and overcharging for the daily rate. At the time statefarm reserved the car I was told I would be given a jeep wrangler. When I arrived not even 30 minutes after I was told the car was given away even though I could see the wrangler sitting in the parking lot. Love this location ! Super fast and easy process . Quan (hopefully I spelled it correctly) was extremely helpful and goes above and beyond !
Staff were polite and picked me up, but this is the second time I reserved a large SUV and was given a standard-size SUV instead, with no comparable vehicle available. My personal vehicle seats seven passengers, so this creates a real inconvenience. Both times, the cars from this location also smelled like cigarette smoke, even with no-smoking stickers posted. Overall, friendly staff, but poor vehicle availability and consistently smoky cars make the experience disappointing.
