I use Enterprise for my business and personal needs. I'm never disappointed with the service I received.
Worried that they over billed my insurance company because my car was fixed days before the rental was actually due. Was approved for 14 days and I had it 6 days. Said they’d email a receipt and it never happened. They also embarrassed me in front of another customer by telling me they wouldn’t accept my credit card with a $20K limit and I’ve had for over 30 years because it wasn’t a PIN card. Had to get manager permission when all that is required is to manually enter the numbers. Very poor service. Would not rent here agai... read more
