Had a variety of issues t this location, not the least of which they gave me a car that after I got underway on a trip, we noticed had BLOOD all across the ceiling. It had rips, panels coming off, and the infotainment was glitching but that was not just gross it was potentially hazardous. Add on the $300 deposit at this location, and that employees definitely do not seem happy to be there and I have a hard time believing the rating this location has. Im so happy there's a Turo rental car business. Because Enterprise is the worst ☹️ or maybe its just this particular one on Austell road. I had to rent a car with them not by choice but from Carshield which is another disastrous situation... I picked up a car yesterday it was low on gas and it had low on oil and need a oil change on the screen. I didn't notice it until I was halfway home. Josh at this location does the best job he can considering how short staffed this office is. Not to mention how many people are in and out and the volume of rentals . The management needs to really look at getting them more staff and keeping a better selection on hand
