The staff at Enterprise on Covington Highway is very nice. Everyone I've encountered is professional and good with conducting business.
They're constantly short-staffed and take too long to get you in your rental. I shouldn't have to wait half an hour when I've already completed the online check-in process. They just don't keep track of their inventory.
