I reserved a full-size v8 SUV (Yukon or similar) more than a month before but they just give me a midsize v6 SUV (Hyundai Palisades) that is half the value. Arguing that it is the same class.
Enterprise is really good but if returning the car it can be tough to find. If pulling in off the strip, follow self park until you see enterprise return. You do not have to pay or go through any gates to return car. It is a few turns!
Beware of Ryan, horrible customer service. I had issues with the A/C on the car and was told to bring it to Enterprise to exchange and Ryan wouldn’t take it, said I’m not taking a broken car and sent me off.
