Beware of Ryan, horrible customer service. I had issues with the A/C on the car and was told to bring it to Enterprise to exchange and Ryan wouldn’t take it, said I’m not taking a broken car and sent me off.
Dreadful customer experience. Pre-booked and couldn't get our car after 3 hours at the desk. Rang customer service who hung up on me because they "didn't know what to do". Missed our $200 bookings at the Grand Canyon because of their incompetence. Will never use again but will contact their VP of Customer Excellence with constructive feedback.
We got à really good service at enterprise caesar palace. Thanks enterprise :)
