Keith at Caesars was great. We screwed up our reservation and he worked hard to get us a car so our day wasn’t ruined. Can’t thank him enough.
Caesar's location for car rental is very convenient but they're kidding themselves if they think that staffing with a single representative is adequate. And they haven't even provided enough workspce
I reserved a full-size v8 SUV (Yukon or similar) more than a month before but they just give me a midsize v6 SUV (Hyundai Palisades) that is half the value. Arguing that it is the same class.
