Enterprise provided us with friendliness and professionalism on a very busy day of the year, Dec 31. They honored our very last minute car reservation and provided us with a car when another car rental company we made reservations with weeks before did not. Fantastic customer service continued with their good communications via text and email. Fast and easy picking up the car and returning it. We travel often. Enterprise will now be our first choice when renting a car.
