Extremely disappointing! We planned to rent a US muscle car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. The employee at the counter was rude from the start. The car wasn't at the agreed-upon location but at a different hotel, and we were expected to pick it up ourselves. Due to this chaotic and unprofessional handling, we decided to cancel immediately. AVOID 1. Address to the location and how to return the car and parking entrance is awfully confusing, and staff do not bother explaining it beforehand, signs?! Regretfully, almost none. 2. The car I was given had a broken (documented) bumper! I hate driving such a car because it is like I am a bad driver or irresponsible. As soon as I started the car, I got the alarm for low tire pressure and no staff around to ask about it. I rented a car in Flagstaff to be returned on Las Vegas blvd on reaching the drop off location there was no sign of indication as to where to take the car following the instructions on the GPS led to circling the block and surmising that the location had closed down. I had to walk there from my hotel to figure out that the parking garage of the Horseshoe hotel was the location. There is. Booth in the lobby which closes at 3 but you can drop off the key in a box. I'm very happy with the service! The staff were friendly. The return of the car confused me a little. I found the entrance to the garage of the Hotel Paris on Paris Drive. Tip - read "Where and how to return the rental", take a picture of this paper if necessary, and listen to the staff.
Glad they have a location in the Horseshoe Casino. Cars are clean. Low mileage. You save a lot of money picking it up there instead of airport.
