Don’t use this enterprise. I rented a truck on Monday for vacation and it was junk. Dented, scratched up, it was really junk. I rented a SUV on Wednesday it was dirty and not in good condition. The fleet at this location are old and junk, when you pay 150-175 a day you want something nice. I told the gentleman at the front desk the truck was junk he just laughed. Go elsewhere.
The lady staff is nice and helpful. But the place is so confusing for returning the car, and there is no clear guidance on how to return the car. I picked up the car at the airport, and returned here. When returning the car, you need to enter the self parking garage, make sure you enter from the most left gate, the enterprise is on Level 1, and if you enter from the other 2 gates, you will miss Level 1. This place is hard to find. Rentals are located in parking garage that has limited signage and the check is at the other side of Paris Hotel. Also, the rental we picked up had not been cleaned and an odor like a dead animal came from the vents. Found an old moldy cheeseburger underneath one of the seats too. Just discusting and customer service refuses to call back
