Location is incorrect on Google, but thanks to the other reviews, we quickly found it to the right of the Flamingo Hotel check in counters. Car was clean and easy to drive. Staff were friendly and quick. Getting the car and exiting the Flamingo parking garage was easy. Returning the car in the garage was difficult as Enterprise parking is very limited.
Horrible return experience. Someone parked in one of the enterprise parking spot and all the designated spots were full after hour. There was phone number of towing company on the wall but they said they can’t do anything unless enterprise is giving them orders. No one was picking up phone from enterprise and had no idea what to do. Called road side assist and they couldn’t do anything as well. They told me to just park in the same parking lot at an empty spot and return the key. Couldn’t find the office for return as well. ... read more
Easy Peezy especially in Vegas
Thanks to other reviews, which I’m glad I read, the desk is INSIDE of Flamingo hotel. It should really be better described by Enterprise because I thought it was located behind it. It is to the right of the check-in counter. You will not see it unless you look for it. It’s a very convenient location. Our reservation was for 7:30am when they opened. We got downstairs at 7:40 and were 3rd in line. There were 2 people at the desk helping people and the line went quickly. The woman helped us and she was so upbeat and friendly fi... read more
They staff was great as we got held up due to travel and our original reserved car was gone. The staff went over and above to make things work out for us. Thank you for making difficult travels that much easier!!
