Stacy at the Las Vegas Planet Hollywood location gave 5 star service. He was the only person working the desk on a busy Saturday and was courteous, efficient and professional. I called earlier in the morning a couple times and no one answered after ringing for at least 2 minutes straight before it cut off. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Extremely frustrating experience. I rented from Enterprise (Planet Hollywood, Las Vegas to LAX) and wanted to redeem my loyalty points on the rental. The Las Vegas agent told me I could apply them at return at LAX. The LAX agent then told me they couldn't do it there and to call customer service, who would apply them. When I called, I was transferred between departments over and over, the reps were rude and kept cutting me off, and I was ultimately told my points couldn't be applied because the car was ... read more
