Great staff. Highly effective. Helpful.
Erin and Eric were professional and cheerful . From the arrival at the front desk, it took only 5 minutes and we drove the car out of the hotel ( this Enterprise is at Planet Hollywood). After hours drop off was a breeze and so easy instruction. They also texted and called for followed up and updated about the return deposit, etc. Love their work ethic and professionalism.

I rented the car in Salt Lake City in the morning and arrived at the return location in Las Vegas, Planet Hollywood in the late afternoon. I wasn’t happy with the return process. The front desk closes surprisingly early—especially for a busy city like Las Vegas. There is a designated drop-off zone, but it’s very small. I had to park in a way that partially blocked others, which added to the stress . There’s also a key drop box, but no staff was present to inspect the car or confirm the return.
