I rent from Enterprise often and always a positive experience at all the branches I frequent in Cary & at RDU. At the Bass Pro location, Conan (spelling?) has helped me most often recently and is consistently an absolute pleasure to work with under various circumstances. I have witnessed him also interact with other customers under stress, and one difficult customer, and he maintained his professionalism and collected demeanor. The worst customer service EVER! Choose a different branch. I called a week before to schedule my rental and was given the option for a full-size SUV and agreed to pay a higher rate. Then, when the afternoon before I was to be picked up, I was called by Conan the manager and he indicated they didn't have any full-sized options. He said for me to take the smaller car and call him the next day and he would bring a full-sized option to my work. I called the next day. Calon was the employee that helped me. He was very helpful and made sure I was comfortable with driving a keyless car. My car is not keyless so that was a huge help for me. Not many people are that helpful. Knowing not all cars are keyless is a huge help for customers like me. Hopefully more employees will be like him. It make renting a car so much comfortable and easy for customers.
