Poor customer service and a very extremely frustrating experience. This location was difficult to deal with from the start. Vehicle pickup was disorganized, communication was poor, and the process was far more stressful than it should have been. The manager was horribly disrespectful, unhelpful, and made the situation more complicated instead of resolving it. Based on my experience, I would not recommend picking up a vehicle from this location.
The entire process was smooth, return was easy having the drop box option is very helpful. Still waiting for the deposit refund? It didn't take 2 days for the funds to be deducted from my account. I expected more from Enterprise..
I had excellent service over the last 3 months and Conan and his team in Cary Bass Lane Location very courteous and friendly. Very satisfied
Great customer service and the staff always provide quality support.
