Terrible experience. I reserved a car in advance, but when I arrived, they didn't have the vehicle I had booked. Instead, I was told I could wait up to two hours for a car to arrive, with no guarantee that it actually would. Rather than honoring my reservation, they offered me a more expensive vehicle and expected me to pay the difference. Our interaction with staff was excellent. This rental was expedient and convenient for us. We'll definitely look to Enterprise for future rentals.

This is probably the best Enterprise in the RDU/Cary Area! Everyone is so nice , so efficient , and always quick with getting customers handled and in a suitable car.

Please have more options available in your location. Make sure the car is free of marijuana smell. We had to roll the windows down all the time until the smell would disappear. This was every time we got in the car.
