Worst experience ever!! Rented a car, supposing to return at this location but whole building closed down!! If this is the case shouldn’t be showing this location as return point in the first place!!!! Not sure where should I return at this hour, tried Planet Hollywood but nobody is there and all other locations are closed too!! Called CS, not available! Called 24hr airport office hoping someone available but again nobody attending! Can someone from Enterprise calls me back and tell me what to do?!!! And pay me back my spend... read more
Horrible. Start to no car available even though you reserved it finish with the promise of a call back that never occurred. Why does enterprise suck so bad?
Great experience here. Easy and convenient, even on short notice I was able to reserve a car. Furious Jackson was a pleasure to rent from and he helped us greatly. Without the car we would have never been able to see the Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon.
I booked my Nissan rouge rental weeks in advance thinking that in hotel rental will be convenient. That wasn’t the case, when we arrived at the booked pickup time of 830 am we were told that they were out of cars and that we had to wait until they sorted out they’re fleet availability issue. After two hours of waiting we were downgraded to a compact suv, Mitsubishi Outlander. They didn’t adjust the rental rate according to the vehicle downgrade.
