Had a great experience with this enterprise location in Hotel Sahara. The gentlemen working there were super friendly and helpful. I booked online the night before and picked up the car in no time in the morning. After-hours drop-off instructions were clear, and they gave me a call the next morning confirming that everything went well. Very much recommended.
Josh was an outstanding customer representative. Got me through the pick up process quick and easy. Drop off was super simple with their after hours key dropbox and parking in the rental car spots in the Sahara parking ramp. Getting a rental car at the airport takes a lot of time. This was such an easy way to rent a car for a few days when staying at the Sahara in Las Vegas.

I’m very unsatisfied with the service, nobody was at the pick up location (Hotel Sahara, Las Vegas), I had to do phone calls and wait for an hour to get the car. The person that came to bring the car was rude and I got charge 6$ for 1gallon of gas when I return it at the same level it was.
