Good experience although they promised to pick us up at the hotel, they didn't and we had to take a cab to the location but they did reimburse us for the cab ride. Very easy to rent, easy to return, no problems.
Enterprise picked us up at our Las Vegas hotel and took us to get our vehicle. The car was exactly what we had reserved. Very nice, clean and in perfect running condition. We dropped the car at Sky Harbor in Phoenix without any problems or delays. I will definitely go with Enterprise again.
For me, it's difficult to be in Las Vegas without a car, but it can be challenging getting the right car at the right price for the right amount of time. Enterprise, on the other hand, actually made it easy. If you prefer not paying airport prices, going local is the way. A brief taxi ride to the Enterprise location of your choice (in my case, inside The Westin) and the rest was a breeze. You can even go directly to your hotel and then Enterprise will come get you. The entire experience was fantastic. I reserved a car for Thursday, then ended up needing it on Wednesday too. Called to see if that would be possible, and they confirmed the car would be ready for pick up when I got there. I got there (a little later than anticipated) and the car wasn't ready, so they offered to buy my coffee at the Starbucks while I waited. No big deal, I'm having a day off in Vegas. I've got no rush.
