Quoted the price for a sedan. When I called day of to absolutely make sure they had it because of past experiences, I was told they only had SUVs which would be a lot more expensive. If that was the case, why would I have been quoted such a low price if they can’t offer it? Just to get me in the door to bait and switch? Bad faith if you ask me.
I had an outstanding experience at this Enterprise location. The manager and staff provided excellent service, making the entire process smooth and efficient. I was able to get in and out quickly, with all my needs met. I highly recommend this location and will definitely return for future rentals. -Anna
this place is such a rip off / scam ! I will never rent from them again!! My car was being repaired after getting hit by someone and I needed a rental.. insurance determined the other person 100% liable.. my insurance policy (progressive) allows $40/day on my policy for rental. I go in and they put me in a large SUV because they didn’t have a sedan. They told me the SUV at sedan price was $34-36 and change a day.
