Fake Charges & Zero Transparency Returned my rental here in perfect condition. Staff claimed there was a smell of gas and said they would analyze and let me know if it was a car fault. Instead of updating me, they quietly charged $215 in “cleaning fees” without any proof or explanation. No calls, no report, no accountability — just a surprise bill for something likely caused by their own vehicle. This is dishonest business practice, and I wouldn’t trust them with another dollar.
If you want to make sure you get the class of vehicle you rented DON’T book with enterprise!!! Rented full size SUV and now they told me that they don’t have any. Ended up with Ford Escape which is considerably smaller. I am very disappointed and will not be able to bring everything.
I rented a car from the North Oshawa Enterprise. From check out to check in, the staff were professional and courteous. I had one of their cars for a months, and the car was immaculate, well maintained, and ran well. I would definitely recommend this Enterprise to anyone in need of a car. Their prices are very competitive and fair.
