Staff are always super friendly and accommodating. They take the time to be sure you are comfortable with all of the car controls and that bluetooth is working.
Impossible to get a hold of this branch. Been calling multiple times over the past few days and I wait on hold for 20 minutes just to be put on hold again for another 20 or 30 minutes and no one ever picks up. How busy can this place possibly be?
Great customer service. Easy booking, clean cars and unlimited kms, cannot beat their price. They offered me an uber too while returning the car!
