After I returned the car I paid the out of pocket fee since I extended my time with the car and insurance stopped paying after a certain point. After I paid the fee and they said you are done paying they charged me again the next day? I called and they couldn’t tell me why because they didn’t know so I had to go all the way to the store to talk to them. Still couldn’t tell me which was bullshit. I didn’t get the money back either.
