Booked rental several days before. Received use of Nissan full sized sedan, used 1\2 tank of gas for week that I had vehicle. Only down-side was that I was not familiar with where gas stations were located in order to return vehicle will full tank of gas. Selected your option for refill no matter what level was with return. Extremely glad I selected this option - running a bit late to check into flight (0700) and did not have to worry about that issue. Would I rent from Enterprise in future: ABSOLUTELY!!!
Booked online via Enterprise's website. Personnel at the counter at Huntsville Airport was courteous, professional and cheerful. I was provided an upgrade (which turned out to be several step-levels of upgrades) at no cost and given the choice of placing rewards miles towards either my Enterprise or National account. I received a call that reeked. It wasn't until day 3 that I found a dirty pair of socks in the passenger side door. The backseat had stains on it. I did a one way rental and received no free miles. My estimate was 800 but the bill was almost 1200. Enterprise will not be my renter of choice.
