I would select a negative star if I could. Horrible customer service. When they tried to put me in a smaller car than what I had reserved they were very rude. Then I was told since I had reserved the car on my business account, they couldn’t rent it to me for the weekend. Avoid this place if you can. Very bad representation of the company.

I have called the number here and their agent said they have cars available and that they reserved one for me only after like 30 minutes later after making plans around that car that I supposedly got reserved I received a call and they told me they don’t have anything available and that their reservation line will always say they have something available even though the lady on the line put me on hold to make sure it’s available and a car was! Very disappointing experience
I tried to call this location numerous times today to confirm that my reserved rental car would be available and delivered tomorrow to the body shop during my appointment time. I never could get an answer. So, I drove into Springfield to confirm in person. Upon arrival I discovered why no one could answer. There were 20 customers waiting in line with only 2 young ladies there to wait on them. The employees were doing a fantastic job.
