Young fella that is managing the Baytown Garth location is a doing a fantastic job. He understands customer service. Treated everyone I saw come through the location with respect and has a great attitude.
After having a rental booked at another place for a week, they called and said they had no cars available a few hours before I was supposed to pick up. I went to Enterprise and was able to reserve and pick up my rental car on that same day. Will never use anyone else.
I have used Enterprise several times, and the cars are reliable, clean, and new. Great customer service checking in and out.
Everyone at this location provided excellent service, great communication, and a clean vehicle. This Enterprise is by far superior to any other car rental location I have been to in 20 years. From the young man who picked me, to the attentive staff inside, and the person checking out the vehicle to me. Thank you Hayden and the crew for making this a pleasant experience!
