Awful. An hour to pick me up and more than an hour waiting for the car. Very understaffed.
Process was easy. I asked for a truck and they gave me a truck. Mat was cool and friendly. Mat 5/5. Overall easy experience. The pick up took a long time. I think an Uber would have been faster but that is just me.
Excellent service!
The managers at this location take care of you, they address any issues and they are considerate and friendly.
