1333 Camino del Rio S #101, San Diego, CA 92108 The staff at this location have always been friendly and courteous, which I appreciate. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been disappointing due to ongoing operational and vehicle maintenance issues. It has become common to wait several hours beyond my reserved pickup time because no vehicles are available at the location despite confirmed reservations. I had a very positive experience renting a vehicle from Enterprise. I was treated very well by an employee named Eveen. She was very patient and respectful. After 2 failed attempts at trying vehicles, she successfully directed me to a third vehicle that worked out very well for me. If I ever need to rent a vehicle again, I will be heading down to Enterprise in Mission Valley.
Busy location, staff is doing a great job and stayed helpful and friendly thru the whole transaction.
