Evan and Chloe were amazing to work with. Rented during the crazy thanksgiving season and they did their best to ensure I had a car with the size I needed for my trip. They always communicated things clearly and I appreciate their excellent service. Would recommend and come rent again.
I arrived at 9:30 and was not helped until 10am. I was checked in online already and still told to wait an additional 20 minutes for “processing time”. Employees are rude and do not greet you when you enter.
