Great service
The process is quick and easy and I didn't get randomly charged for more than expected. The website works kind of wonky though and it needs to be streamlined better. Everything else went great and all of the associates who helped me were wonderful!
Dialled their contact number 5 times, nobody picking up.
Rented a truck and it only had 4 gallons of gas to start. Im so used to renting a vehicle and getting a full tank. This was a little off putting. I was told they only have full tanks at the airports. Also the truck wasn't washed. It had a lite dusting of red dirt. I only noticed because it rained and I got red stains on my hands and cloths. I'll have to watch out for these issues next time I rent a truck.
