Great services and so friendly people
I rented from this location because there was another Rental Car next door that was completely out of vehicles, but had I known Enterprise was next door, I would have saved myself the time and rented here. When I arrived, they had tons of vehicles! When I returned, they had tons of vehicles! There are options at this location and the employees are friendly and work as efficiently as they can to get you squared away. Got a very bad experience with this place: called in this morning to ask for car availability. An employee took my reservation and has an SUV reserved for me in the afternoon. I came in the afternoon, then another employee said sorry nothing available. This is very unprofessional. Thanks to the staff here, I will be late for my work.
Excellent experience at this Enterprise location. Branch manager accommodated me within their busy schedule with proper urgency and customer service given that I came in on extremely short notice. Would highly recommend for your car rental needs if your vehicle is undergoing repairs in the body shop!
