I rented a car here for a long-term period and while the vehicle itself was fine, the customer service from one employee was extremely poor. I was a responsible customer who was never late on a payment, and I made sure to call in and extend my rental on time, every time. Despite this, a male employee accused me of being late and of not calling. I felt completely disrespected. Needed to get something to run some errands for the day. Was met with great customer service and answers to any questions. Nice. 9.
FANTASTIC service is normal for these folks. IMHO, these are the ONLY people that should be employed.
