Picked up and dropped off were smooth and easy. Representative were professional and courteous. Free ride to my destination was a plus
This was my 2nd rental from Enterprise. I requested a Ford Edge as a rental years ago, after an accident, since I was thinking of buying one. Enterprise cheerfully accommodated my request then so it was a no brainer when my current car was damaged. This time I was able to pick from several models and the experience again…..was seamless. An enterprise rep picked me up at the collision center to get the rental and I was able to drop my rental off at the collision center after my car was repaired!
Worst rental place for ever
I was completely satisfied with my car rental experience, and would do it again .
I rented a car here for a long-term period and while the vehicle itself was fine, the customer service from one employee was extremely poor. I was a responsible customer who was never late on a payment, and I made sure to call in and extend my rental on time, every time. Despite this, a male employee accused me of being late and of not calling. I felt completely disrespected.
