Professional and friendly staff. Each rental at Regent park has been easy, and convenient, with reasonable rates. I'm happy to have a such a great local rental location, and the assistance has been amazing each visit. Highly recommend!
The lovely man who works there was so helpful. I arrived early and whilst the car wasn’t ready he still got me it 30 mins before the scheduled time. I have ordered an SUV but ended up with a “Luxury” car which was a BMW x2. No overbearing sales of additional insurances was also welcomed. A few points of improvement- no where did it tell me to bring my passport, luckily I had a photo. And no where did it say I needed to provide a local Canadian phone number.
