Excellent customer service and very good availability of vehicles
Terrible service, reservation means nothing My father had a confirmed reservation with a confirmation number, yet when we arrived at the location we were told there was no vehicle available. What is the point of giving a confirmation number if the company cannot honor the reservation? We waited for a long time and still left without a car. Because of this delay, our family almost missed a critical appointment with the border agency, which resulted in a heavy fine from cargo at border control ($131) .
