I recently rented a truck from this location for 1 week. I have to say that it was a great/simple experience/rental. Truck was spotless, full of gas and an amazing vehicle. The guys working in the garage turned the truck around for me and backed it in for me on my return, they could tell I wasn't a regular big truck driver. I've rented from this location many times this year, and I've only had positive experiences. The staff is really friendly and they make the rental process easy. I also like how you can drop off your rental car here after-hours in a fairly straightforward way (as opposed to the Enterprise downtown, which is an absolute labyrinth). The only reason why I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is that a few of the cars I've rented have been a bit dirty. But overall, really good experience.
I arrived about 1/2 hour after I was supposed to pick up and my car wasn't ready, they needed to clean it. There were two people ahead of me and it has been over one hour since my pick up time and my car isn't ready. I said I didn't need it clean but that's not an option. Update: I took the car and it beeped for 1.5 hours because there is an issue with one of the doors so though the door was fine, I had to endure the noise for over 3 hours. I had to rent a car after getting into an accident (thankfully everyone was okay!), and Enterprise made the whole process so easy. They picked me up right from the body shop—already a huge help—and were incredibly kind and patient throughout.
