Perfect team and service
This review is based on the unacceptable behaviour from one of their employees. The employee started reversing their car at an angle towards my car which caused my friend to have my car door closing and crushing her hand. The employee then proceeded to be incredibly aggressive and when confronted about them hitting my car, he said “what are you going to do about it”. One of the employees hit me with the car that was parked in a customer parking spot, when confronted, they said “What’re you going to do about it”. Very unprofessional and rude. They should be held accountable and punished accordingly.
Over the phone they give me list of cars they have available, when I went there they said they had non available and basically made me go there for no reason.
THEIR CARS ARE A SAFETY RISK, BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS LOCATION!! I rented a 2024 Mitsubishi RVR on 01 May 2026. After driving the car for about an hour, I noticed alot of gas being burned by this car. After stopping at a gas station, I discovered that they gave me a car WITH WINTER TIRES STILL ON IN MAY!!! WINTER TIRES are designed to tolerate NO MORE THAN 7 DEGREES CELSIUS. In the last 3 weeks alone, we've had at least 15 DAYS WITH TEMPERATURES OVER 15 DEGREES CELSIUS, MORE THAN DOUBLE THE HIGHEST LIMIT FOR THOSE TIRES!!!... read more
