Located in a busy shopping/restaurant place. When I came here, 10 customers are waiting, one clerk only, landline in the office keeps ringing, no one is picking up. Car return is at a different side. Long waiting time. Horrible service.
My car was involved in an accident, and my insurance company helped me rent a car from this rental company. They charged a $100 deposit. However, a few days after I returned the car, $75.78 was charged to my credit card for an unknown reason. The insurance company paid my rental bill, but the rental company charged me this amount without any notice or receipt. I also tried calling them, but no one answered
