Courteous and helpful in delivering the rental to repair service location. Also appreciated flexibility when I needed to return the rented vehicle and had difficulty meeting the deadline to pick up my repaired van before their the repair shop closed.
I’ve been renting for years from enterprise but once I found this location it instantly became my preferred location. The team especially Mohammad and Gary always make sure the process is quick and smooth. I once left a sum of money in a rental and was able to get back every dollar! Beyond recommend this enterprise and its team
I would give this location 0 stars if I could. I went to this branch to rent a compact car, but I was told none were available and was given a larger vehicle instead. That vehicle had a faulty windshield wiper, forcing me to return for repairs. After that, I discovered the driver’s seat, passenger seat, and rear seats were all soaking wet, so I had to return again. Only then did they suddenly have a compact car available.
