If you see Evan there you're in good hands. All the staff is attentive. Easy to get to, drop off and clean. They rent newer model Toyota Camry, Corollas and a few other small SUV vehicles from what I've seen on their lot. Would definitely come back, as it's close to home and the ease of getting there. If you're dropping off your vehicle and you don't live far from their office they'll give you a ride back home-very helpful! Thank you Enterprise!
Very fast, reliable service. Would use again
I had the worst experience of my life most likely. Evan at the Garden Grove store was sweet and helpful, but when a problem with the car arose it took over 5 hours of my.l extremely busy day and my only option was to take the SUV to the HB store. What a mistake. I was treated so horribly and was in tears l. I can't.even get into the depth of it. I left with no car and had to rent from Hertz up the street who were great btw for the remaining 4 days I had left on my contact with Enterprise. I've already contacted my attorney i... read more
