I got a vehicle that ended up getting a flat tire. I called this location to ask what to do and they said I can switch it out to any location. Waited over an hour for a spare tire. Apparently, I can’t just go to any location because all of them say the same thing “we only have mini vans and trucks.” I’ve called two Whittier locations, pico Rivera, Huntington Beach, and then this garden grove which is the primary place I started my reservation with. Satellite location. Great for local car rentals. Offers better pricing than airport pickup. Friendly staff. Note: Reserve ahead of time. Limited inventory kept on site.
Agents are nice and polite. Cars are excellent.
