They have some really incompetent workers and no help with customer service at all. I called to get a reservation, didn’t mention it was for an insurance claim they told me they have luxury cars available which is what my insurance approved me for, the first guy said we have a bunch of cars all luxury class this call was at 2:45pm Aug 8, as soon as I said it was for insurance he transferred me to a different guy. Helpful and efficient staff.
I always take my business here to the greektown Toronto enterprise. The team here takes the time to remember my name, ask genuine questions about more than just the rentals and aren’t heavily trying to upsell me the whole time. They’ve even occasionally hooked me up with upgrades and donuts when busy and had my back when I’ve run into trouble with a rental (entirely my own fault too). Amazing! This was my second rental from this location and once again, everything was perfect. The car was spotless, well-maintained, and a pleasure to drive. The team here is professional and friendly—highly recommend this branch if you want a smooth and enjoyable rental experience.
The staff were rude and unprofessional specially the branch manager . We had made a reservation three days in advance and had our hotel booking confirmed, yet the branch manager denied us service.
