Excellent service, friendly, professional staff nice car. One tiny piece of advice be sure the gas tank is full otherwise I put in extra. Also head office needs to include potential add Ons when booking. I will still use Enterprise again. But I hope with suggestions included next time
Customer service lacks completely, and don’t have the proper maintain vehicles or cleanliness of vehicles
We want to give a shout out to Rodnie the manager at this Danforth Enterprise location. Be aware that on Saturdays, they close at noon. However we were booked at noon for pick up and when we arrived about 20 mins late, we were initially told by one of the staff that they were simply closed, period. Despite being overworked, this location constantly performs top level. Each and every team member from inside the shop to the bays is pulling twice what they should be on a regular basis. Nish is absolutely the best and every member leans heavily on him. I hope Enterprise realizes what they have in him. Enterprise management (not the manager at this location) needs to step up and hire more people to help out. I have used other locations. People at Greektown enterprise are not very professional. I’d booked a Car with them on 27th June. I’d to wait for 40mins after checking in to get the Car. People coming after me were served before me. They even didn’t bother to tell the cause for the delay. The Car given to me was very old lacking basic features like wireless carplay, push button start, blind spot warning etc. Greektown enterprise needs to renew their Cars and Staff.
