This is the first time I have reviewed a car rental agency, because the many positives in my experience justifies it. First, the price for my rental was outstanding compared to other car rental companies as well as other enterprise locations. Second, they opened exactly at their opening time of 8 am, which was important for me that day. Third, all staff I interacted with were polite /professional including an apology for keeping me waiting about 5 mins as they moved cars out of the way in the busy lot. The staff was excellent. Friendly and very helpful.
tricky people... rented a car online, chose "their pick" for a cheaper price. When I went to pick up the car, they offered me a pick-up truck! When I refused the "car", they told me I had no choice and had to rent a car for twice the original price. I will never deal with the Toronto Danforth location again.
